The Nobodies
2025
First episode of The Nobodies, a student-produced miniseries co-created at Emerson College. The story follows two polar opposite detectives who hit rock bottom after being falsely accused of murder, only to receive a mysterious clue that could unravel the entire case. In addition to co-writing the series, I worked across multiple production roles including Technical Executive Producer, Director of Photography, and Graphic Designer.

The assignment focused on constructing narrative and atmosphere through editing, requiring the use of sound design, sourced music and sound effects, pacing, transitions, and other editing techniques developed throughout the course.

Inspired by Boyhood, our adaptation used split-screen compositions and visual pacing to recreate the film’s atmosphere while experimenting with our own cinematic approach and editing style.

Series of four short video portraits created for a cinematography lighting assignment, exploring how lighting can communicate different aspects of a subject’s personality and mood. Each portrait utilized a distinct lighting setup to experiment with atmosphere, emotion, and visual storytelling through cinematography.

Selected by my high school to document SpillExpo, one of Norway’s largest gaming conventions. Responsible for filming the event and producing promotional video content that captured the atmosphere, activities, and attendee experience throughout the convention. Produced two videos for the event: a short cinematic montage capturing the convention atmosphere, and a longer recap video combining event footage with interview snippets from attendees and participants.

“MINUTE BY MINUTE”
First act screenplay adapted from the original “Counting Down The Minutes” fiction chapter. Translating the story into a cinematic format, the script explores visual tension, pacing, and dialogue while following the protagonist’s interrogation after an unexplained disappearance.

“COUNTING DOWN THE MINUTES”
First chapter of a fiction story following an American woman attending a dinner party in Norway that takes a disturbing turn after a mysterious power outage at precisely 22:47. The piece focuses on atmosphere, suspense, and psychological tension through descriptive and character-driven storytelling.
Co-written screenplay for the third episode of The Nobodies, continuing the series’ mystery-driven narrative and character dynamics. Written in collaboration with my co-producers, the episode expands the investigation while developing the tension, pacing, and dark comedic tone established throughout the series.

Animated short, adventure screenplay following two otters on their annual migration to warmer waters. When one becomes trapped in discarded fishing netting, the other is forced to navigate unfamiliar environments and seek help from unlikely allies before winter arrives.

dramatic short story about an elderly widow who, after learning about her terminal illness, fights against a film production company to fulfill her lifelong dream of seeing her authentic work adapted for the big screen. The story explores themes of legacy, authorship, and creative ownership.
